Starting from Paris and crossing the Marne Valley, we arrive in Épernay, then continue south to Avize, a village renowned for the production of high-quality Champagne and the most historic Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs, alongside Cramant. Its vineyards, almost entirely dedicated to Chardonnay, climb the steep slopes of the coteaux, stretching up to the edge of the woods and offering a colorful landscape in winter.
