An aristocratic story intertwined with the mountainous vocation of Trentino, a brand that for fifty years has carried high the name of Italian Metodo Classico: Cesarini Sforza celebrated its 50th anniversary with a legendary limited edition. The absolute protagonist: Aquila Reale Riserva 2004.
Founded in 1974 by Lamberto Cesarini Sforza, a descendant of a noble family of Parmense origin who moved to Trentino, the winery was born with a clear goal: to produce sparkling wines of the highest quality, capable of standing out both in the local and international markets.
The origins of the Trentino Metodo Classico signed Cesarini Sforza In 1976, the first Metodo Classico was bottled, followed in 1985 by the Rosé version made from Pinot Noir. In 1986, the first vintage of Aquila Reale Riserva was born: a tribute to the land and to longevity.
High-altitude vineyards and exceptional terroir The Cesarini Sforza vineyards stretch between 300 and 600 meters above sea level, mainly in Val di Cembra. Here, the grapes benefit from the Garda Ora breeze and the ideal temperature variations for sparkling wine production. On sandy porphyritic soils, supported by 700 km of dry stone walls, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are grown using Trentino pergola and guyot training systems.
A collector’s cuvée to celebrate half a century of history Since 2019, Cesarini Sforza has been part of the Cavit group and has launched an investment plan focused on technology and sustainability. Today, it produces around one million bottles per year, confirming its status as an ambassador of Trentodoc worldwide. Tradition, vision, and unmistakable style: mountain bubbles have found their coat of arms.

A sparkling wine of extraordinary elegance. On the nose, the aromatic profile is broad, with notes of brioche, yellow flowers, tropical fruit, aromas of candied citrus, toasted hints of dried fruit, vanilla tones and touches of honey, nuances of white chocolate, almond paste, blond tobacco, a touch of anise, and notes of white stone. On the palate, it is austere, with lovely freshness and solid structure. Creamy effervescence. The finish is savory, long, and memorable. Excellent balance and drinkability.
Cesarini Sforza: the unmistakable style of Trentino bubbles With 50 years of history, Cesarini Sforza Trento DOC represents the essence of Italian mountain sparkling wine. Aristocratic tradition, technical innovation, and a passion for the land are blended into every bottle. Aquila Reale Riserva 2004 is the manifesto of this style, capable of transcending time with elegance and precision.
