Champagne DE SAINT-GALL is a producer that combines artisanal savoir-faire with cooperative strength. Founded in 1966, it is now part of UNION CHAMPAGNE, a group of 15 cooperatives across 13 villages, covering 1,258 hectares — 90% of which are classified as Grand Cru or Premier Cru — spanning the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, and Vallée de la Marne.
The modern winery in Avize, inaugurated in 2013, is the beating heart of production. Here, under the expert guidance of Cédric Jacopin, cuvées of great technical precision are crafted, the result of meticulous parcel-by-parcel work and a Réserve Perpétuelle that began in the 1980s.
